Berkeley High School Development Group April News

HOT BHSDG NEWS:

WE'RE ONE WEEK AWAY FROM DAVEED DIGGS COMING to town! This year's Business Partner's lunch will be held on April 17th (please note the new date; Daveed has to start filming his new movie on April 19th!) Revival Kitchen and Bar is the scene, and our guest speaker will be BHS Alumni, star of Hamilton, Black-ish, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Wonder, and the upcoming Blindspotting: DAVEED DIGGS! Daveed will be interviewed by BHS Alum Robin Claire Barnes, and the super-fabulous Berkeley High Jazz Combo B will be performing. And this is how awesome Daveed is: he'll be doing an all-school assembly at BHS afterwards, and taking a small group of students out for tea after that.

Do you really want to tell your grandchildren that yes, you had the chance to attend and you didn't go.....?

Read all about it on Berkeleyside: http://www.berkeleyside.com/2018/04/11/daveed-diggs-steps-up-to-support-berkeley-high-school

The Berkeley High School Development Group is a group of parent and student volunteers; our mission is to strengthen the educational experience of every Berkeley High School student. We meet on the first Monday of each month (rescheduled as needed to accommodate holidays and school breaks) from September through June, consider grant proposals and work on ways to raise the funds to support them. Visitors and new members are welcome!
