*Spring Break Reminder*

There is no school Monday, April 2, through Friday, April 6. During Spring
Break, the Registrar’s Office will be closed and the main office will have
limited hours.



*Saturday** School*

The next Saturday School will be held on Saturday, March 31, from 9:00 am
until 12:00 pm in room M-301. Attending this Saturday School will clear up
to 3 unverified period absences from February. Students who wish to attend
Saturday School must sign up in the Attendance Office before school, during
lunch or after school. We can only take up to 30 students per Saturday
School session.



*Morning Sports Report*

Tuesday was a winning day for Jacket sports teams; the boys JV lacrosse,
varsity softball and varsity baseball teams all won their games yesterday.
Today at home, you can cheer on the JV softball team as they play San
Leandro starting at 4:00 on the softball field, or you can walk just a few
blocks to Moellering Field and support the varsity baseball team, whose
game against Piedmont also starts at 4:00. Competing on the road today are
JV baseball, varsity softball, boys tennis, and track and field, who
competes against Skyline and Alameda at a scrimmage meet in Oakland.



*Meet a Pet Today at Lunch*

Come join us today at lunch on the Campus Green for our end-of-the-quarter
therapy dog de-stressor! Love, OCI, BIHS Leadership, & the PAW Club.



*Cultural Graduation Celebrations*

If you would like to sign up for the Chicano Latino Graduation, please stop
by room D-224 (the Parent Resource Center), for more information. Chicano
Latino graduation will be Saturday, June 2.



Black Graduation: A Celebration of Accomplishment, will also take
place on Saturday,
June 2. It is open to all seniors of African descent and seniors who are
enrolled in African American Studies courses. For more information, or if
you would like to volunteer for the event, please Email
kendrabowman at students.berkeley.net.



Calling all Asian identifying seniors! The Asian Pacific Islander Club and
Hapa Club are co-hosting this year’s Asian Graduation, which will be held
on June 9th at Berkeley Methodist United Church. Attendees can purchase
limited edition Graduation sashes! Please email berkeleyhighapic at gmail.com if
you are interested in participating or helping plan this event.
