Dear Seniors,

As you may know, there has been system-wide computer glitches and errors regarding the CSUs receiving your SAT scores. Many of you may have received notifications that your SAT scores were not received by certain campuses even though you followed instructions of sending your SAT scores to a campus that you applied to.

Below are steps you need to take to ensure that this issue is resolved on your end.

1) Confirm that you sent an Official Score Report from https://www.collegeboard.org/ to a CSU that you applied to. Even if you Self-Reported your score, CSUs still need an Official Score Report.

2) If you have never sent an Official Score Report, logon to your College Board account and follow the steps to send your SAT scores (your best score in each section) to a CSU that you applied to.

3) Confirm whether Cal State Apply received your Official Score Report. You can call Cal State Apply Customer Service at 857-304-2087 or Logon to Cal State Apply and check the PDF of your application. The Test Scores should be at the bottom of your Academic History portion, around pages 6-8. If Cal State Apply has received your score from College Board, it would show up.

4) If your scores show up and/or you confirm via phone that your Official Score Reports were received, reach out to campuses (via email) that have notified you about missing SAT scores, and inform them that the scores are listed as Received in your Cal State Apply application.

5) Check if you Self-Reported your SAT scores with the College Board ID listed. The College Board ID is the ID of the Test Center where you took the SAT. If you took the test at Berkeley High School, the College Board ID is 050290. You can find a Testing Location's College Board ID online if you took it elsewhere.

6) If you already sent your test scores to a CSU and they are not showing up, send an email with the following information to CALSTATEAPPLY at LIAISONCAS.COM

Name

CAS ID#

Username for CollegeBoard

Password for CollegeBoard

CollegeBoard ID of test location (050290 for Berkeley High School, find College Board ID online if you took it elsewhere)

4-digit code that your SAT score was sent to (ex: 3594)

Date your score was submitted by CollegeBoard

7) Email the campuses that said your score was missing, notifying them of the email you sent to calstateapply at liaisoncas.com

8) If you did not self-report your test scores and list the College Board ID (ex: 050290 for Berkeley High School, you must do so now. You can still Self-Report test scores within the Cal State Apply application.

9) CHECK YOUR EMAILS AND CAMPUS-SPECIFIC PORTALS TO ENSURE YOU ARE NOT MISSING ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS OR PARTS OF YOUR APPLICATION.

If you are still having trouble, please email me, visit the CCC, or contact Cal State Apply. Visit the Cal State Apply liaison website, where you can call, email, or communicate with Cal State Apply via their Live Chat feature.

Best of luck to you all as you move forward with this process!
