Hey Seniors - Scholarship Updates:

1. Berkeley Community Fund (BCF) Application Lab/Workshop:
Hands on help to complete the scholarship application on Thursday, January 18, 3:30 PM- 5:00 PM in the CCC with BCF staff. App. is due by March 22, 2018.

2. New scholarship of $500-$2,000 from Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc,: Anita Baskervill-Harris Scholarship Award

Mail by March 23, 2018.

Eligibility and Procedures:
*Graduating senior from Bay Area
*Participate in interview in April
*Minimum GPA of 3.0
*Economic need based on family size and income
*Personal statement of achievements
*Official transcript
*Photo

Hard copy of application in Scholarship Box in CCC (next to printer/copier)

3. Remember to check scholarship spreadsheet at:

Watch for due dates - not all applications have been posted for 2018.

4. Reference Books:

There are 2 reference books for scholarships in the College & Career Center (CCC) that are available for review while in the CCC. They are located next to the Scholarship Box next to the copier/printer. They are also available for purchase on -line or at most book stores.
