Attention Parents:

We would like to update you on the December BART ticket orders: the check for December was mailed on 12/15 but as of today (1/8/18) they have not received the check, which as of now we think may have been lost during the holiday mail.

We have been in contact with BART, and they stated that we will be allowed to personally deliver the new check to BART headquarters by next Wednesday. We are working with a new BART representative and she has stated that BART will process our order and it will take about 21 work days for the tickets to process and deliver to BHS.

We estimate that the tickets will not be available until the last week of January.

We regret to inform you that as of February we will no longer process youth Discounted BART tickets at BHS, because BART is discontinuing paper tickets.

At this time, we can let you know that BART will move to the clipper card at the discounted price.

We apologize for the inconvenience; we will send another Etree message as soon as we have any additional information.

Nos gustaría actualizarle en las órdenes de diciembre de boletos de Bart, el cheque para diciembre fue enviado el 12/15 pero hasta hoy no lo han recibido, a partir de ahora pensamos que puede haber perdido durante el correo de vacaciones de invierno.

Hemos estado en contacto con Bart, y nos dijeron que se nos permitirá entregar personalmente el nuevo cheque a Bart antes del miércoles.
Estamos trabajando con un nuevo representante de Bart y ella ha declarado que nuestros boletos Bart procesarán nuestra orden y tomará alrededor de 21 días de trabajo para entregar a BHS.

Estimamos que las entradas no estarán disponibles hasta la última semana de enero.
Lamentamos informarle que a partir de febrero ya no procesaremos a los jóvenes boletos de Bart descontados en BHS, porque Bart está descontinuando los boletos de papel.

En este momento, podemos hacerles saber que Bart se moverá a la tarjeta Clipper en el precio de descuento.
