The Academic Choice Advisory Council (ACAC) invites ninth and tenth grade students and their parents or guardians to join us for a free interactive workshop focusing on tips and techniques for time management. It will be led by BHS parent, Lisa Miller, of Classroom Matters.
Topics include time management strategies for short- and long-term assignments and how to recognize/deal with distractions. Students and their parents/guardians will gain a shared language to talk about what is sometimes a challenging subject, and practical strategies to try on their own. This workshop is ideal for students who recognize that they should be doing more and are ready to make a change!
Each student MUST be registered to attend, and MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Workshop space is limited, so be sure to register by Thursday, November 9.
If you have questions about registration, please contact Peter Kozelka at pbkozelka at gmail.com<mailto:pbkozelka at gmail.com>.
