The Black Recruitment and Retention Center, also know as BRRC or RCC, is a black student run organization at the University of Berkeley. BRRC was founded in 1983 and serves as one of three pillar organizations, along with the African American Student Development Office and the Black Student Union, to advocate for black students on and off the campus of UC Berkeley. The mission of this multicultural resource center is the active recruitment of high school and community college students of color and to provide resources to them.
