Here is a reminder of this week's events in the College & Career Center (CCC, D-221) this week, September 11-15, 2017.

1. Take a look at this week's college presentations in the CCC.
Remember to ask your teacher of the period for permission to attend the college presentation and bring signed permission/pass.

2. Essay Readers will brainstorm ideas and/or read your drafts on Monday at 9 AM, and every day at lunch and after school (except Friday after school).
Please save time by bringing a printed copy of your essays or UC personal insight questions. You will sign in to work with a volunteer essay reader as First Come, First Served.

Monday's 9:00 AM session will be in the college advisors' offices while BIHS has a team meeting in the main part of the CCC.

3. Meeting for Parents & Guardians on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 from 6:30 PM-8:30 PM in the BHS Library. College Advisor, Melanie Aguas, will provide An Overview of the College Application Process for families. Seniors do not need to attend because you will receive the same information in a classroom presentation soon. Seniors in the Independent Studies Program (ISP) are welcome to attend on 9/12/17 @ 6:30 PM.
