End-of-year To Do List:
1. Senior Exit Report & 2 Free Graduation Tickets:

The information helps the school compile data about graduation and college or career objectives.

2. Return all textbooks or pay for damaged or missing books.Clear any book, material or athletic debts in room D173 during lunchtime only.

3. Pick up 2 free graduation tickets at the BHS Box Office Window in the front of the school (next to the A gate) after you completed the exit report and took care of books and equipment. There aren't any tickets in the CCC.

4. Order extra tickets from UC Berkeley at:
Tickets will be sold by the Ticket Office at Zellerbach Hall - online at http://tickets.berkeley.edu/, by phone at 510-642-9988<tel:%28510%29%20642-9988>, and in person (located at the northeast corner of Zellerbach Hall; enter the UC Berkeley campus at Bancroft and Telegraph).

Box office and phone hours are Tuesday-Friday, 12 p.m.-5:30 p.m., and Saturday-Sunday, 1 p.m.-5 p.m.

5. Request a final transcript from the Registrar's Office.

Pick up a blue transcript request form in the Registrar's Office, D-173 (across from the front desk in the main "D" administration building).
a) Complete the blue form. Write "FINAL" at the top of the blue form.
b) Paper clip completed form to a stamped and addressed envelope to your college or university
c) The return address should be:
Berkeley High School
1980 Allston Way
Berkeley, CA 94704

6. Has your mailing address changed? If so, inform the Registrar's Office of a new mailing address for your diploma to be sent this summer.

7. Earned college credit from AP or IB tests? If so, remember to send your AP or IB scores to your college. BHS does not send test scores.
