Congratulations to Class of 2017, friends and family!!!

There was a meeting for the Class of 2017 on Tuesday, June 13 at 1 pm in the Community Theater. We discussed important information related to graduation and beyond Friday. Once again, please review the Class of 2017 Senior Letter<http://bhs.berkeleyschools.net/student-activities-3/senior-information-2/> and the attached presentation in case you missed the Senior Meeting. Thank you!

End-of-year To Do List from Mary Jacobs:
1. Senior Exit Report & 2 Free Graduation Tickets:
Check your email regularly for updates. There will be a link to complete a Senior Exit Report about your plans after high school from Mr. Villavicencio and/or Ms. Phillips. The information helps the school compile data about graduation and college or career objectives. The e-mail should provide instructions on how to get the 2 free tickets and how to buy extra tickets. There aren't any tickets in the CCC.

2. Return all textbooks or pay for damaged or missing books.

3. Request a final transcript from the Registrar's Office.
Pick up a blue transcript request form in the Registrar's Office, D-173 (across from the front desk in the main "D" administration building).
a.) Complete the blue form. Write "FINAL" at the top of the blue form.
b.) Paper clip completed form to a stamped and addressed envelope to your college or university
c.) The return address should be:
Berkeley High School

Berkeley, CA 94704

4. Has your mailing address changed? If so, inform the Registrar's Office of a new mailing address for your diploma to be sent this summer.

5.Earned college credit from AP or IB tests? If so, remember to send your AP or IB scores to your college. BHS does not send test scores.

TICKET INFORMATION
Please review the attached PDF on Graduation tickets and the series of frequently asked questions below. It does appear that the main section of Bowl Seats have sold out, but there are still Lawn and ADA-accessible tickets remaining.

Don't forget to...

·         Pick up your two free grad tickets by Thursday, June 15. Your 2 free grad tickets are available after school at the BHS Box Office near the A gate on Allston Way.

·         Schedule for pick up of the two free tickets is Wed 6/14 -Thur 6/15 12:40- 3:30 PM

·         You will need to complete the Senior Exit Report<https://docs.google.com/a/berkeley.net/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfR4Ykqq_n7XIQYr3E8UTOV7DJiu04P_JyC7yotsHU1b8fmHQ/viewform?usp=sf_link> and clear all outstanding textbook, library or athletic fines.

There are still graduation tickets available for purchase online or at the Ticket Office at Zellerbach Hall. Bowl seats are sold out but lawn seats are still available.


What are we allowed to bring into the Greek Theatre?

You may bring in personal seat cushions, small food items, sealed water bottles, empty plastic refillable water bottles and small personal bags and backpacks. Everything is subject to search. We encourage that you dress in layers, but it looks like it will be a hot start to the ceremony!

You may also bring large blankets, small umbrellas, while bicycles should be locked in designated areas.


What are we not allowed to bring into the Greek Theatre?

For the comfort and safety of everyone please do not bring in the following items: strollers (park strollers at the gate at their own risk), structured stadium chairs, tobacco products, alcohol, cans, bottles, ice chests, lawn furniture, weapons of any kind, pets, hula hoops, musical instruments, laser pointers, and skateboards. Strollers will be left in a designated area at your own risk. Due to performers' requests, no professional camera or recording devices are allowed. Also please do not bring noisemakers (claves, pots & pans, airhorns) and banners that could block the view of other guests.



Where can I pick up Will Call tickets?

The box office opens at approximately 3:30 for will call. Will Call is located at the North Gate of the venue, please be sure to bring photo ID and the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets.

Does a child need a ticket?
