Berkeley High Academic Choice (AC) Celebration was one of the largest
groups so far. The two student MCs were awesome, and the jazz and modern
dance lived up to Berkeley High’s standard of performance. The solo piano
opening the BHS Jazz Combo number was the only sound in a room filled with
500 students, parents and babies… It was amazing; you could hear a pin
drop. The program moved quickly, and before long all of the students were
ceremoniously sashed and everyone moved outside for a party that included a
waffle and espresso bar. Check out my photos.
