Announcements are put together in the BHS Main Office, by Felicia Phillips
feliciaphillips at berkeley.net*.* For those of you who do not hear the
announcements where you are during second period, or if you would like to
read them each day, you can find them in the Daily Bulletin section of
Powerschool.



*SENIORS: Graduation Information*

Seniors: Please check your student email for important information about
graduation, including information on how to claim your two free tickets.
You must complete the Senior Exit Survey and clear any textbook, library or
athletic fines. Once again, check your student email for complete details.

*Choir Concert*

Join us tonight for the annual spring choir concert at 6:30 in the Little
Theater. It will feature traditional music from Haiti, Japan, Scotland, and
many more cultures. The concert is free!

*Textbook Returns*

The textbook room next to the A gate is open Monday - Friday for all
students to return their unused textbooks. You can turn in your textbooks
before school at 8, during lunch time and after school until 4. Please do
not wait until the last minute to return your unused textbooks.

*Final Exams*

Final Exams begin on Tuesday, June 13. Each day, two periods will meet for
two hours each. On Tuesday, periods 1 and 2 will meet. On Wednesday,
periods 3 and 4 will meet. On Thursday, periods 5 and 6 will meet.
Dismissal will be at 12:40 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

*Locker Clean Out*

We will be collect any gently used notebooks, folders, binders, extra
paper, pens or pencils, another school supplies in the C-gallery on the
second floor of the C-Building. We will hold these items over the summer
and distribute them again in the fall. Thanks for helping to create less
waste in the landfill!

All students are required to clean out their lockers by Friday June 9,
2017. If you don't remove your items, staff will open and clear all lockers
after 4:00 on Friday. We've asked teachers and custodians to make recycling
bins visible and available widely - please use them.

*Jacket Newspaper*

Join the Jacket newspaper! We are currently looking to hire writers,
photographers, and illustrators. Apps for all positions can be found on
berkeleyhighjacket.com/applications and are due on June 2nd. Email Maayan
Ziv at maayanziv at students.berkeley.net with questions.

Monday - Crispy Tacos with Beans & Rice or Pizza - Pepperoni or Cheese

Tuesday - Hamburger/Veggie Patty with Cole Slaw or Lemon Chicken or Veggie
Salad on a Toasted Sub

Wednesday - Chicken or Veggie Lettuce & Tomato Wrap or Pasta Marinara with
Cheese



Thursday - Warm Florentine Wrap - Chicken or Veggie or Oven Fried Chicken
or Tofu



Friday - Nachos with Toppings or Pizza - Pepperoni or Cheese
