PLEASE do not reply to this email, contact danielleelliott at berkeley.net<mailto:danielleelliott at berkeley.net>

During the Muslim holiday of Ramadan (month-long fasting period), there are some activities at Berkeley High open to students in order to make them feel welcome and connected:

- Room G210-B is open during lunch as a safe and fun space to spend lunch with fellow Muslim peers that are fasting.

- G210-B is also open every Friday during the passing period between 5th and 6th period for Jummah (obligatory Friday prayer)

- The Berkeley High MSA (Muslim Student Association) which meets every Friday during lunch in D220 (down the hall from the library/next to the CCC) is another space for Muslim students to gather and feel connected.

Hope to see a great turnout at these events; may all students at Berkeley High know that they are welcome and are a part of a community that cares.

Please contact danielleelliott at berkeley.net<mailto:danielleelliott at berkeley.net> for more information.
