*Welcome to Spring Spirit Week*

Students: Please check your student Email accounts for an important 
message from the BHS administrative team concerning Spring Spirit Week, 
which will now exclusively consist of fun lunchtime activities every day 
this week. Join your ASB student leadership team for the following events:

Tuesday: Add history to the BHS Digital Time Capsule in the courtyard, 
and play in the indoor soccer tournament in the Jacket Gym

Wednesday: Let's break the world record for country line dancing in the 
courtyard!

Thursday: Free bike repair and smoothies (using the Bike Blender) in the 
courtyard

Friday: Concert and Dance Party in the courtyard

*Spring 2018 Musical*

BHS Drama announces next year's spring musical will be BAT BOY: The 
Musical. Nothing unites a community like fear of the different -- that 
sad truth is at the heart of this wild but heart filled musical about a 
boy who's reviled as a freak until love forces the hate-filled 
townspeople to question their prejudice. See Mr. Winer in room A-203 if 
you have questions.

Buy Your Yearbook Today!*

The BHS Yearbook is rolling through the printer presses as we speak. 
There are fewer than two hundred yearbooks available for purchase, so 
don't wait! Get your copy today! There are two ways you can purchase it: 
drop by Room C-327 at the beginning of 7th period to pay with cash or a 
check made out to Berkeley High Yearbook. Or you can buy your yearbook 
online at www.yearbookordercenter.com

cost $80, but are discounted at $65 for students who qualify for free 
and reduced lunch.

Students can pick up their yearbooks in the Theater Hallway (otherwise 
known as the "Senior Steps") beginning Monday, June 12th at 12:45.

*Jazz Concerts Next Week*

Come hear and support your talented BHS Jazz classmates at their end of 
the year concerts! Exciting evenings of live music from the Two O'clock, 
Three O'clock and Four O'clock Bands (on Thursday, June 8) and the award 
winning BHS Jazz Ensemble (on Friday, June 9) promise to lift and 
inspire and kick off the Summer with swing! Both concerts start at 7 PM 
in the Little Theater. All are welcome! Students and BUSD faculty free, 
others $10.

*Summer PE Waivers*

The Attendance Office is now distributing Summer 2017 PE Waiver forms. 
The first portion of the waiver process is due back to the Attendance 
Office on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 by 4:00 pm. No exceptions will be 
made for missed deadlines.
