*Morning Sports Report*



Congratulations to the BHS boys tennis team! Yesterday they defeated Bishop
O'Dowd and won the West Alameda County Conference championship.



Today the boys JV baseball team plays at home, and the boys varsity
baseball and girls varsity softball teams play on the road. Finally, the
Jacket swim team has back-to-back meets today and tomorrow.

*Writing Contest*



Do you like writing and want to win cash prizes? Then you should

*BHS Summer School*



Juniors, summer school applications are now available in the Counseling
Center. Priority registration ends on Friday, May 5.

*Student Clubs for Students of Color Interested in Engineering*



There will be a National Society of Black Engineers Jr. Chapter meeting in
G203 today at lunch for those who did not make Wednesday's meeting. Pizza
will be provided.



There will be a Hispanic Engineering Society Jr. Chapter meeting on Friday,
May 5. If you are interested see Mr. Byndloss before school, at lunch or
after school.

*Special Library Schedule*



On Monday the library will be closed 6th period and after school due to
testing. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will open again at 7:30am
on Tuesday.

*No Morning Announcements May 1-12*



Because of AP & IB exams, there will be no morning announcements on those
days. We will resume morning announcements on Monday, May 15. In the
meantime, check the PowerSchool Student Daily Bulletin for important
information about upcoming events and activities; we will continue to
update it daily
