Dear Parents and Community,

The AP and IB exams begin the first week of May.

Ms. Williams is holding two pre-administration meetings for students taking the AP exams. The meetings will be after school in the Community Theater next week, April 18 and 19, from 3:30 until about 5 p.m. Students will be filling out the information required on the answer sheet of only the first exam they take each year, so doing this in advance saves us about 40 minutes of reading at each test administration. There are over 800 students taking AP exams this year and all will attend one meeting or the other.

We are looking for three or four parents each day to assist in passing out and collecting materials. Please let me know if you can help out next week on Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon.
