[BHS Etree] SENIOR: Info on Prom, Senior Polls, Portraits, Yearbooks + More

Here are some important messages (a-f) for the Class of 2017:

*a. Senior Prom*- The Senior Class Leadership team wants student 
insights on the theme for 2017 Prom. *Prom will take place April 22, 
2017* at the Bentley Reserve/. /Details about tickets to follow in the 
spring/. /Student should check their student email accounts for more 
information and to vote on the theme they want.

Here are the options: *Midnight in Paris, Old Hollywood, Outer Space.*

​BONUS. *Prom Policy*: Don't forget to take care of your attendance: 
clear absences within five days, and check the following document for 
ways to clear absences in other ways. ​

*b. Senior Polls: *Nominations will be counted and the three people with 
the highest number for each category will be on the ballot for the final 
votes (we will send out a second survey). The last day to nominate will 
be *December 7.* Again, students should check their student email 
accounts for more information and to vote.


Read instructions below:

  * each person can only nominate people ONCE
  * be sure to include the first and last name of the person you are
    nominating
  * if you don’t know who to nominate, please just leave it blank rather
    than writing “idk” or something else
  * use your school email to vote
  * If you vote twice or do not use a student email your votes will be
    deleted

*c. Yearbooks *- *Nov. 28 - Dec. 2 is thelast week that the yearbook 
*will be on sale for*$65, *it'll cost $75 after that.**If you want a

*d. Senior Portraits* - create an account on abcschoolportraits.com 
<http://abcschoolportraits.com/>. There are *ONLY 20 or so appointments* 
left on December 12. Sign up today! Remember you must use ABC School 
Portraits for your yearbook photo and the deadline  has been January 1st 
in past years. FYI you can create an account and take a portrait for the 
BHS yearbook for free...

*e. Cap & Gown Orders*- To place orders for cap & gown or class rings, 
visit the Achievers Inc. booth that will be on campus during *LUNCH* on
