BHS Band and Orchestra will be holding their second annual Music and 
Wine Tasting Party on Saturday, January 30th from 7-9:30 p.m. at St. 
Alban’s in Albany. (Thank you, St. Alban’s, for hosting!) The event 
benefits the Berkeley High Band and Orchestra program; proceeds will be 
used to pay for music, instruments, supplies, field trips, instrument 
coaches, and more. ADULTS ONLY, PLEASE!

This event is *AWESOME*, and I’m not making this up! Music from Karen 
Wells, Mary Dougherty, Madeline Prager, Janeare Ashley, Kyra Gordon, Dan 
Warrick, David Jaffe, and many more. We have received the donation of 
extraordinary Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon from vintner and BAO parent 
Jim Wert, as well as lovely cocktails and liqueurs from Artemesia. 
Ticket-holders get two free drink tickets with the price of admission! 
Tickets are $35 for one, $60 for two.

*THE HALL ONLY HOLDS 120 PEOPLE*. Last year we had to turn folks away.

Players, Berkeley Symphony. An $85 gift certificate to Gather 
Restaurant. Coffee, wine, liqueur…… Tickets are $10 for a set of 3, $5 
apiece.
