Berkeley High Think Big 2015

Berkeley High Think Big (Nov. 19, 2015) was modeled on TED Talks, and with an impressive lineup of speakers covering today's issues, it lived up to that inspiration. Below is a list of the speakers, and links to their presentations. The event was an Associated Student Body (ASB) fundraiser.

Note: I defend Alecia Harger's right to show an image as evidence of a hateful threat against her as an African American, but I do not share that right as an ally so I've erased the hateful language in the example in this album. Her presentation of the sequence of events at Berkeley High was amazing (link below).

Berkeley High Think Big Kad Smith: Unfortunately the last speaker was cut short due to a fire alarm on the campus that caused us to evacuate the theater. There was no fire emergency, but it was too late to regroup. We will find another way to record and share that presentation.
