The parent meeting at Berkeley High on October 6 was packed with valuable information. The evening began with elections for the Berkeley High PTSA, and proceeded with an important explanation of the Berkeley Schools Excellence Program (BSEP) before continuing with elections for the School Site Council (SSC) and the BSEP Site Funds Committee, with a record number of parents/guardians coming forward to volunteer as candidates. Voting began that night and will continue online - parents/guardians will receive a link to an online ballot today.

Next up was a report on spirit plans for the year from Vice Principal Felicia Phillips and a school update from Principal Sam Pasarow. This 45 minute video is worth watching to hear it all.
