Announcements are put together in the BHS Main Office. For those of you who
do not hear the announcements where you are during second period, or if you
would like to read them each day, you can find them in the Daily Bulletin
section of Powerschool.



*Fall Back Into School Dance*

Beginning tomorrow, buy your tickets to the Fall Back Into School Dance.
The dance will be on October 9th in the Jacket Gym from 7 to 10 PM. Be sure
to buy your tickets in advance in the leadership office at lunch. Tickets
are just $3, or $5 for two. Don't miss a night full of music, dancing,
snacks, and more! All grades are invited to attend.

*SAT Preparation*

Sign up in CCC any day from 8:00 AM to 1:45 PM. The People's Test
Preparation Services from UC Berkeley will teach a SAT prep class every
Monday and Wednesday, starting September 28th. The class is from 3:45 PM -
5:30 PM and limited to 35 students. Sign up for the Nov. or Dec. SAT tests
at: https://sat.collegeboard.org/home Test fee waivers are available for
students who receive free or reduced lunch. Special registration codes are
available in CCC from 8:00 AM-1:45 PM for eligible students. Waiver
registration deadlines are Oct. 9 for the Nov. 7 test and Nov. 5 for the
Dec. 5 test.

*Saturday School*

Please go to the Attendance Office to sign up for Saturday School on 10/3
to make up for unverified absences from September. Saturday School can be
used to clear up to six absences. There will be computers and tutors
available. Make sure you bring work to make up! If you don't bring your
work, you will be asked to leave.

*Robotics Club*

Come to room H216 this Friday at lunch for information on the Robotics Club
training sessions.

*Blood Drive*

Come to the Community Theater to donate blood on Wednesday, September 30th
from 9 am to 2 pm. All donors will receive a limited edition t-shirt! If
you have questions regarding your eligibility to donate call 1-866-236-3276.
