Dear BHS Community -

 

The African American Studies Department is looking for volunteers to help
with Black graduation from 12 Noon until 7 p.m. on  May 30.

 

To make this event successful, we need your help. We are looking for people
who can help with:

.        Set-up/clean-up

.        Food prep

.        Ushering

.        Decorations

.        Serving

 

Unable to volunteer but still want to help? Donations of food or drinks will
be gladly accepted.
