Announcements are put together in the BHS Main Office. For those of you 
who do not hear the announcements where you are during second period, or 
if you would like to read them each day, you can find them in the Daily 
Bulletin section of Powerschool.

*1. 2015 BIHS Art Exhibition*

The BIHS Art Exhibition is next week! Please join us for an amazing 
show, great food, and fun times. Thursday, March 26th, 5:30-8:30 in the 
Community Theater Galleries. Art will be for sale, and admission and 
food is free!

*College Career*

1.*Juniors*

The 2015 College Fair and Case Studies Workshops will be held on Sunday, 
May 3, 2015. The workshop will give a first hand understanding of how 
college admissions officers determine who they admit. The College Fair 
in the Jacket Gym will give you an opportunity to speak with 
representatives from 50+ college, universities, and community colleges.
May 3, 2015 Schedule:
Check-in with student ID starts at 11:30 AM
Case Studies Workshop: 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM
College Fair: 2:15 PM - 4:00 PM

*Jacket*

1. Join the Berkeley High Jacket 2015-2016 Copy Team! Apply to be a copy 
editor and edit the student-run school newspaper. Download applications 
online at bhsjacket.com/join, and turn the in by Friday, April 17th. 
Email Julian Shen-Berro at julianshenberro at students.berkeley.net for 
more information. Please consider applying to be a part of the voice of 
our school.

*Leadership*

1. *Leadership Positions for Next Year*

BHS Student Leadership is announcing open positions for the 2015-2016 
school year. We have positions on the class teams that create events and 
activities aimed at the needs of each grade. We also have positions 
available on the Executive Team to help address specific issue's. These 
positions include Chief of Clubs, ASB Secretary, ASB Treasurer, Resident 
DJ, as well as Commissioners: Health and Athletics, Environmental 
Sustainability, Elections, Technology, Multicultural Affairs, 
Achievement, Arts. Inquire in the leadership office for more info. These 
positions are open to all SLC's and students of all backgrounds. Don't 
wait for someone else to speak up because it's your voice that we want 
to hear! Applications are due May 1.
