Board President Judy Appel reported out on Closed Session and gave a meeting
overview. The Board approved the agenda without changes.

The Board received a report and approved the certification of the Second
Interim Budget Report.

2. Independent Auditor's Reports for Measure A of 2006 (BSEP), Measure BB of
2000, Measure I of 2010 and Measure AA of 2000

The Board accepted the independent auditors' reports.

3. Public Hearing for Initial Proposal from the Berkeley Federation of
Teachers (BFT) for Successor Agreement between the District and the Berkeley
Federation of Teachers

The Board opened the Public Hearing for the initial BFT proposal for a
successor agreement. Hearing no public comments the Board accepted BFT's
initial proposal.

4. 2015 Nomination to California School Boards Delegate Assembly

The Board nominated candidates to the California School Boards Delegate
Assembly.

The Board discussed budget priorities for 2015-16 and gave direction to
staff.
