Hello!

This is a message directed to the Class of 2015. Hopefully, this message 
finds you in a good place and you are ready to get some of the business 
notes. Thank you!

We have a *Senior Meeting scheduled on Monday, March 16 during sixth 
period (2:47-3:30) for all senior*s. It will take place in the Community 
Theater. At this meeting, we will review all of the information in the 
senior letter and pass out copies just in case they had not received it 
in the mail. This information is also available online on our school 
website:

Important to note, March 6 is not the deadline for cap and gowns. 
Achievers Inc. will be here on campus to distribute rings and answer 
questions on Tuesday, March 10 at lunch. They are returning to 
distribute all cap & gown orders on April 15 and 16. Even if a student 
does not order before those dates, they can still purchase a cap & gown 
at the commencement ceremony on June 12. Achievers is there at the Greek 
Theater from 9 am - 9pm.

Another important note is that we can no longer require students to 
purchase a cap & gown, but they must wear one. Please pass along the 
word that after graduation, we NEVER wear the cap & gown again! 
Therefore, they should take advantage of the LOANER program.They pick it 
up at the ceremony and drop the cap, gown and tassel off immediately 
following the conclusion of the event.

Information about GRAD tickets is the same as last year and will be 
updated in May.

Prom information is up to date and tickets go on sale March 16. Students 
must have 30 or less unexcused PERIOD absences before March 1. There are 
a few ways for them to clear the absences and more details will be 
announced from the attendance office.

be found in the link above. If you have any specific questions about cap 
& gowns, yearbooks, or senior portraits, please contact the vendors 
directly.
