President Judy Appel gave a meeting overview and reported out on Closed 
Session. The Board approved the agenda, pulling Consent Item 11, 
Approval to Repeal to Repeal SB 858, Section 27/Education Code 42127.01 
– Local Reserves Cap for discussion, and Consent Item 12, Approval of 
Board of Education Minutes: November 19, 2014 was removed from the 
agenda to return with changes on January 28^th .

*All Consent Items including the item pulled for discussion were 
approved, with the exception of Item 12.*
