Hello:

This is a friendly reminder that Fall 2014 PE Waivers will be due to the
attendance office this Friday January 16, 2015 by 4pm. No exceptions will be
granted to this deadline. 

 

If you have any questions, please stop by the attendance office, or email us
at pewaivers at berkeley.net 

 

Attendance Office Hours:

Mondays: 9:30 am - 2:00 pm and after school from 3:30 to 4 pm

Tuesdays - Fridays: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm and after school from 3:30 to 4 pm

 

Students may come to the attendance office before school, during lunch and
after school only. 

 

The attendance office is closed to all every day from 2-3:30 pm
