Last spring BUSD applied along with other K-12 districts and Community 
College Partners from Hayward to Richmond for the Career Pathways Trust 
Grant.  As an East Bay Region we were awarded $15 million dollars to 
improve college and career readiness across the region.

*With this additional funding, we have put the "Career" back into the 
College and Career Center. *Students can now find information about 
jobs, volunteer work, internships, and career exploration in the College 
and Career Center as well as on the CCC webpage 
<http://bhs.berkeleyschools.net/resources/college-career-center/work-opportunities/>.
