Dear BHS parents, especially all parents of incoming Berkeley High Freshmen,

Berkeley High is a rich and diverse community with many worthy volunteer 
organizations and leadership opportunities. Please consider giving a 
small part of your time back to the BHS community. Stay involved with 
your child's education!

Opportunities include:

SSC (School Site Council) Committee

BSEP (Berkeley Schools Excellence Program) Committee

PTSA (Parent Teacher Student Association)

All above groups have elections in September.

And:

Safety Committee

BAF (Berkeley Athletic Fund)

Writer's CoachConnection

Development Group

PCAD (Parents of Children of African Descent)

PTSA is planning a welcoming event on Saturday, Sept. 6 starting from 11 
AM - 12:30 PM in the Little Theater featuring the Principal's Welcome 
and information from the above organizations, please save the date!
