[BHS Etree] SPORTS: Important Fall Sport Tryout Information

Fall sports are just around the corner.  Football tryouts start on 
August 11^th and all other Fall Sports start on August 18^th .

Here is some important information regarding Athletic Packets and tryouts.

All athletes must have a cleared Athletic Packet on file with the 
Athletic Director's office *PRIOR *to trying out for a team. *You and/or 
your student must bring the packet to the AD office, J207, behind the 
stadium building during the designated clearing dates/times.* Please do 
NOT drop off packets at the main office or leave in the AD mailbox. - 
those packets will NOT be cleared.

Athletic Form can be picked up outside the AD office and the Main Office 
or they can be downloaded at:

*_Packet Clearing dates and times for Fall Sports:_*

*August 4-8, 10am-12pm*

*August 11-15, 10am-12pm*

*August 18-21, 10am-12pm (note: No clearing on Friday, 8/22)*

*August 27-30, lunchtime, 3:30-4:30pm*

A parent does not need to be present provided that the packet includes 
all necessary signatures.  Missing signatures will delay the clearing 
process.

School Athletics page.*

Please clear your packets as soon as possible.  Those who wait until the 
final clearing days should expect a long line and waiting period which 
make put you at risk for not being able to tryout on the first day.
