Submitting Final Transcripts:

 

**Reminder - Seniors who plan on attending any non-Common App school,
including UCs and CSUs, MUST SUBMIT a Transcript Request Form ASAP.  

 

For non-Common App schools, you must submit a transcript request form (blue)
with a stamped and addressed envelope to our Registrar's Office, D-173.
Please indicate "Final Transcript" at the top of the blue form. 

 

For colleges/universities on the Common App, your counselor who you have
identified to provide a Secondary School Report will also upload your final
transcript online. 

 

Although many community colleges do not require final transcripts to be
submitted, some do. Please check with your college.
