Dear BHS Community,
Student Leadership at Berkeley High is a wonderful way to learn about
the behind the scenes activities of the school and develop ways to
improve the environment on campus. We are recruiting new leadership
students to become a part of the class leadership teams, the executive
team as well as the student senate.
Please consider joining leadership as a way to impact school policies,
school activities, and build up leadership skills. ASB Leadership earns
students as much as 10 elective credits and is a great addition to any
resume. Applications are available in the leadership office and are due
May 9.
Here is a list of possible positions: Class Secretary, Treasury, and
deputy. Also, commissioners of Chief of Clubs, Chief of Publicity,
Commissioner of the Arts, Commissioner of Health & Athletics,
Commissioner of Elections, Commissioner of Technology, Commissioner of
Achievement, Commissioner of Environmental Sustainability, Commissioner
of Multicultural Affairs, Resident DJ. The Student Senate is in search
of Development Group student representatives, PTSA student rep, and
small learning community rep.
Please direct all questions to Mr. V at jvillavicencio at berkeley.net
