Good morning!

The District is hosting a LCAP *_COMMUNITY FORUM_* today (Wednesday, 
April 16) at 7:00pm at Rosa Parks Elementary School (920 Allston Way). 
*_Please attend_* and join us in reviewing the key components of the 
draft LCAP.

The Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) focuses on improving 
services and outcomes for high-need students.  The LCAP includes 
accountability measures to track improvement based on strategies and 
programs that target the needs of specific groups of students: low 
income, English learners, foster youth, as well as African American and 
Latino students, and students with disabilities.

¡Buenos días!

El distrito está organizando un *_FORO PÚBLICO_* del LCAP (miercoles) a 
las 7:00pm a la Escuela Primaria Rosa Parks (920 Allston Way). *_Únase a 
nosotros_* para revisar los componentes del borrador del LCAP.

El Plan Responsable del Control de los Fondos Monetarios Locales (LCAP) 
se enfoca en como mejorar los servicios y resultados para los 
estudiantes de altas necesidades.  El LCAP incluye medidas de 
responsabilidad para rastrear el mejoramiento basado en estrategias y 
programas que se enfocan en las necesidades de grupos de estudiantes 
específicos: bajos ingresos, estudiantes aprendiendo inglés, estudiantes 
en crianza temporal, así como estudiantes afroamericanos y latinos, y 
estudiantes con discapacidades.

Se ofrecerá cuidado para niños e interpretación en español.
