Dear Parents and Students,

The Y-Scholars Program will be having info sessions about the program on

YMCA-PG&E Teen Center, located at 2111 Martin Luther King Jr. Way, just a

understanding about our commitment to our students and their families. Info
sessions are highly encouraged since applications will be accepted on these
days.

This is mainly for incoming high school freshman next year, but all parents

arte, colegios comunitarios, y universidades y colegios públicos o privados

About us

The Y-Scholars Program is a FREE after school program that works with
first-generation college-bound and/or low income students who are looking
for guidance and support to help them reach their academic and career goals.
We have 13 program counselors who are ready to help students with their
academics, social support, and college pursuit. As well, more than 20 tutors
are available to help in various school subjects such as Chemistry, Biology,
Algebra 2 or Calculus. In addition, the program offers mentors, college
tours, social events, and scholarship opportunities.
