[BHS Etree] INCOMING FAMILIES: Info for Families Who Still Need to Register

Students New to BUSD for the 14-15 School Year - Berkeley Residents, If you
have not already registered at the school district at 2020 Bonar Street in
Berkeley, then please wait until April 1, 2014 or after. 

 

After that date, please bring:

*         your child's original birth certificate

*         three original proofs of residency: one must be a utility bill
(PG&E, Non-cell Phone, EBMUD, Internet, Cable, or Garbage) and two must be
from the other category (CA Drivers License or ID - with current residency
address, current bank statement, action letter from Social Services, recent
pay stub or letter from employer on official company letterhead, or an
additional utility)

*         immunization record, and 

*         grades or transcripts. 

 

The date that was released previously (3/21) is incorrect. The Admissions
Office will only collect your paperwork on or after April 1st, 2014.
