New-to-BUSD students who completed the admission process by February 24
should go to the BHS Library at 6:00 PM to make course and lottery
requests on the following dates.

  March 3 -- Last Name A-L
  March 10 -- Last Name M-Z
  March 17 -- Makeup session

The process will take at least 1.5 hours. From 6:00- 6:30/6:45 there
will be a presentation, followed by a Q & A until 7:00. At 7:00 the
_students_ go into the computer lab to do their scheduling. Students
must be there to do their scheduling.

If you cannot make your assigned night, we will accommodate you in one
of the three sessions, but please try to attend during your allotted time.

All current BUSD middle school students and newly admitted students
enrolled by February 24, 2014, will enter the BHS lottery at the same
time and be given the same priority in the BHS lottery.

The lottery will be run after the March 17 makeup session. Students will
have_their choices_ mailed to them for verification and will have one
week to request any changes by hard copy to Berkeley High School.
