[BHS Etree] SPORTS: Girls Tennis and Girls Water Polo Team Awards

Congratulations to Girls Tennis and Girls Water Polo!  Both of these Fall
2013 sports were chosen by the North Coast Section as Scholastic
Championship Teams.

 

This award is presented to the top three NCS varsity teams in each division
or classification in each sport with the highest composite GPA of 3.0
(unweighted) or above.  Recognizing that there are 170 schools in the NCS,
this is indeed an outstanding achievement.

 

In the words of Gil Lemmon,  Commissioner of Athletic of the North Coach
Section, the members of the Girls Tennis team and the Girls Water Polo team
have attained the highest goal of educational athletics, combining
outstanding academic performance with interscholastic athletic
participation.
