P.E. WAIVER INFORMATION:

 

Fall Waivers:

 

Turn in your completed PE Waiver (yellow copy) to the Attendance Office no
later than Friday January 17, 2014 at 4:00 pm. The waiver must be signed by
the same coach who wrote your letter early fall. No exceptions to this
deadline will be granted.

 

Spring Waivers:

 

The Attendance Office will begin distributing Spring PE Waiver forms on
Tuesday January 21, 2014. First portion of the waiver process is due back to
the attendance office no later than February 7, 2014. NO exceptions will be
made for missed deadlines.
