The Board approved the agenda, and reported that they had only discussed 
the Superintendent's Evaluation in Closed Session with no action taken. 
The Board returned to Closed Session following the Public Session for 
action and discussion on other items noted in the agenda. *There were no 
Consent Items on the agenda.*
