I enjoyed two fun events at Berkeley High this week.

First, the Berkeley High School Development Group's (BHSDG) 3rd Annual
Business Partners Luncheon at Revival Restaurant. It was heartwarming to see
the level of support that these local business professionals, most of whom
are also BHS parents - current and alumni, are giving to BHS through the
BHSDG. They enjoyed hearing a report on Berkeley High's progress from two
BHS teachers, as well as a delicious meal. Watch for a Resource Guide from
the Development Group of local businesses who give direct support to
Berkeley High School. See it all in photos.

Second, Friday night's Berkeley High football game held a number of treats,
from the parade of Senior Parents escorting their students onto the field,
to Halftime Cheer and King & Queen Announcement, and the largest BHS Pep
Band we've seen in years! Great job Karen Wells! To top it off, there were a
number of Berkeley High alumni attending, who more than filled the three
rows they reserved. These are my favorite photos.
