*ADMINISTRATION*

1.OCI - To all if you awesome people who have been turning in ID's, 
wallets, phones, backpacks, bikes, and other things THANK YOU! You are 
the greatest!

2.There is a Student Court hearing today in C112. Come by if you are 
curious about restorative justice or to get community service hours if 
you serve on the jury. Light snacks will be provided.

*CLUBS & ACTIVITIES*

1.Vagina Monologues - Want to learn about vaginas? Are you independent? 
Vagina Monologues and Independent Theater Projects will be having info. 
sessions on Tuesday, October 29th and Thursday, October 31st at lunch in 
room A203.

2.The official Spring musical for 2014 is Spring Awakening!  Audition 
sign ups are available now in the A Building. Info meetings will be on 
November 6th and 13th in A203. Auditions will be on November 19th and 
20th. Everyone is welcome to tryout. No experience necessary.

3.Multi-Cultural Show - Are you interested in representing your culture? 
Be a part of the Multi-Cultural show of 2013! The show is on November 
20th and we need poets, dancers, acrobats, singers, etc! Come to the 
Little Theater Thursday the 7th to show your act and be in the show!

4.Chicano Latino Club - Come out to the campus green during lunch this 
Friday to enjoy delicious tostadas, nachos, and agua frescas by the 
Chicano Latino Club.

5.Earphone English Club - Earphone English Club is today during lunch at 
Mr. Miller's room C128. We are reading a book called Divergent. Come by 
and check it out!

1.College Career Center Presentation Schedule

FRIDAY - 11/01
Period 1: University of Redlands
Lunch & Period 4: Humboldt State: On the Spot Admissions Meeting: Bring 
unofficial copy of transcript and SAT or ACT scores if you submitted 
application by 10/26/13. /Students planning on the spot admission to HSU 
must meet with Mr. Barton during lunch by 10/28./

MONDAY - 11/04
Period 2: University of Rochester
Period 6: University of Vermont

TUESDAY - 11/05
Period 1: University of Montana
Period 4: Sarah Lawrence College
Period 5: Mills College

2.Yearbook Polls - Senior Polls are open! Drop by C237 after school or 
go to the College Career Center to fill out a poll sheet. You can also 
ask Ellis, Franny, or any other yearbook representative for a sheet. 
They are due on Friday, November 1st. Get your friends together to vote 
for you! Also, yearbooks are on sale! Like Berkeley High Yearbook on 
Facebook or go to C327 for more info.

3.Senior Portrait Makeup Days -- ABC will be in the East Gallery from 
2:30 to 8:00 PM on October 28th through the 30th. Please call ABC 
Portraits at 707-297-7304 to schedule an appointment.

4.Homecoming Royalty -- Attention All Seniors: We are searching for this 
year's Homecoming King and Queen. Nomination forms are in the Leadership 
Office and are due tomorrow.

2.Congratulations to the JV and Varsity Field Hockey team for completing 
a great season. GO YELLOWJACKETS!!!

3.Try-out Information - for Basketball, Soccer or Wrestling? You must 
have a completed athletic packet (including a current physical from a 
doctor) cleared and on file with the Athletic Director's office. 
Athletic Packets are available outside of the Athletic Director's office 
J207. Clearing dates are October 28-November 8 in the Athletic 
Director's office (J207) at lunch and after school from 4:00pm-6:00pm. 
Bring your completed packets during those times and have them checked 
and cleared. Tryouts begin on November 11. Look for Flyers posted around 
campus and on the Athletic Director's door with times and locations. If 
you participated in a Fall Sport and already have a packet on file and a 
current physical you only need a new Emergency Form cleared in Athletic 
Director's office. Athletic Packets must be turned in advance of 
tryouts! You may not try out without clearance from the Athletic Director.
