Closed Session and Approval of Agenda:

The Board did not go into Closed Session until after the public session, so
there was no report. The Board approved the agenda, pulling Consent Item
4.3-C Approval of Fiscal MOU with REALM Charter School for discussion, and
moved 4.1-A Approval of Gann Limit to the Consent Calendar. The Board also
asked for presentation of Information Items 3.3-I Enrollment Update, and
5.1-I Procedures to Improve the Construction Design Review and Approval
Process.  

All Consent Items, including those pulled, were approved.
