[BHS Etree] SENIORS: Graduation REHEARSAL schedule

1. SENIOR INFO MEETING - TUES JUNE 11 - 1:00 pm - COMMUNITY THEATER

Seniors will receive updated info about the events below, responsibilities
and expectations for grad, and the layout of the ceremony. 

 

2. SENIOR GRAD PERFORMER REHEARSAL - WED June 12 - 1:00 pm - AFRO-HAITIAN
DANCE ROOM

Senior Performers will do a run through of the grad program.

 

3. GRAD REHEARSAL - FRI JUNE 14 - 9 am - GREEK THEATER

We will arrange the seating assignments, discuss tasks, and set up the
event. 

Staff Volunteers should arrive at 8 am. PARKING will be limited! Please
carpool from BHS or another place.

Coffee/Pastries provided.

Seniors should arrive by 9 am. BE ON TIME!!!

 

4. GRAD CEREMONY - FRI JUNE 14 - 4:00 PM GRADUATES ARRIVE / 5:30 PM BEGIN -
GREEK THEATER

Staff that would like to watch the ceremony can pick up 1 free ticket BEFORE
June 14 from Mrs. Reed in the Registrar's Office.
