*Children's Hospital Sports Medicine Summer Programs:*

*SPORT SPEED CAMP @ BHS (on the field)*
A field training camp that builds lower body strength, flexibility and
power to increase speed, quickness, and agility for all running sports.

Monday-Friday, 2:00-400PM, cost $250
(Scholarship available for motivated athletes who cannot afford cost)

Dates: June 17th-June 28th

*Speed Camp 2*
Dates:  July 15th- July 26th

Dates:  August 5th - August 16th

*SUMMER CIRCUIT TRAINING PROGRAM *
@ Children's Hospital Sports Medicine Center

Group circuit training class that focuses on increasing upper body, lower
body and CORE strength in a challenging and fun environment.

*Monday, Wed, Friday 7:00-8:15PM*
June 17th through August 9th

$199 for 10 sessions, or $20 drop-in
(Scholarship available for motivated athletes who cannot afford cost)
