Would you like to find out what it feels like to glide across the water as part of a rowing team? Are you curious about Berkeley High Crew?

The BHS crew team is hosting a free learn-to-row day, today, Saturday, May 11th from 9:00 am - Noon, for anyone interested in the sport -- men and women, tall or short, outgoing or shy. Run by the BHS coaches, as well as current BHS rowers, this introductory class will give you an overview of boats, rowing technique, water safety, and how the BHS crew team works. Then, it will get you out on the water, actually rowing with a team. We'll show you how exciting it is to work in concert with other athletes to compete on the water.
