To All Students and Families Participating in the African American Studies Department Black Graduation:

If you would like to have your photo included in the program souvenir book, you need to email a picture to blackgraduation2013 at gmail.com no later than May 16, 2013. The books have to go to the printers to be ready for June 1, so please understand that this is a hard deadline. If you do not submit a picture, only your name will be included in the book.  

Also, if your family is going to submit a dedication ad to your student for the book, May 16th is the hard deadline. You may pick-up the forms at the BHS front desk, or with Mama Naomi Washington-Diouf. 

These forms were also included in the Black Graduation information packet.  Don't be left out, get your forms and pictures in asap!  We are looking forward to a wonderful celebration of your success on June 1, 2013, 2:00 pm at Berkeley High School!
