[BHS Etree] VOLUNTEERS: AP/IB Proctors - 6th Call for Help

Below you will find Proctoring Needs (sixth call for help), IB time change,
general instructions including transportation, and complete schedule of
proctors as of April 30.
1. NEEDS: Filling the 149 AP/IB proctoring slots plus the 4-8 AP pre
administration slots is a moving target. This morning I only had two exam
spots open. Now I need to fill four:
a. Thursday, May 2 IB English 8:15 to 11:30 am - 1 proctor
a. Monday, May 6 AP Chemistry/Environmental Science 7:15 a.m. to noon - 1
proctor
b. Thursday, May 16 AP Macroecomics 7:15 a.m. to noon - 1 proctor
c. Thursday, May 16 May 16 World History 7:15 a.m. to noon - 1 proctor
2. TIMES: The IB proctor arrival times have been changed by 15 minutes.
Below, in THE complete schedule, I have listed the correct IB times. Both IB
and AP proctors should plan on reporting to the Front Desk slightly before
the time listed below.
3. General Instructions
a. No matter where the test is located, please reported to the Front Desk
(located in the Admin Building on the corner of Allston Way and Milvia). I
(Janet) will meet you there with sign in sheets and proctor badges. I will
direct you to the proper venue.
b.I have emailed specific IB instructions to most of the IB proctors. If
you did not receive an email from me with these instructions, please let me
know and I will send the IB letter to you.
c. The AP paid administrator will give specific instructions to the AP
proctors shortly after you arrive. AP proctors will check students in, hand
out test booklets, monitor the exam, and collect booklets.
d. No students in either AP or IB tests should have phones. If you see a
student with a phone, immediately report this to the paid administrator.
4. Transportation. There is no parking available on the BHS campus. Please
either walk, take the bus, bike, or pay for parking in one of the many lots
near the school (for instance, next to the YMCA on Milvia).
5. Schedule with ammended times. Please check to make sure I have the
correct date and time for you. I have made mistakes in the past. But,
before you check the schedule, thank you and thank you again. Our children
are lucky to have all of you supporting them.
