[BHS Etree] SENIORS: Corrections and Senior Meeting Monday -Parent Help Needed, April 22 (Mon.)

The Senior meeting originally scheduled for this week has been postponed until Monday, April 22 from 2:45 until 3:30.  We would appreciate some parent volunteers to help usher students in and out.  If you can help (coming to school by 2:30), please contact Janet (email above).  

At the meeting we will hand out an updated version of the Senior Letter which was mailed home.  Unfortunately, the wrong version of the letter was sent to the printers.  Below are important corrections: 

1. The AMPS Graduation will be held June 6 at Longfellow.
2. Chicano Latino celebration is June 8th at 2:30 p.m. at St. Ambrose Church, dinner following in the BHS cafeteria.
3. There will not be a separate AC graduation.
3. Graduation Cap/Gowns will be distributed on 
 
Tuesday, April 23 (Last names A-L) 2:30 to 4 in the Donahue Gym; 
Thursday, April 25 (Last names M-Z) 2:30 to 4 in the Donahue Gym.
Friday, June 14 Graduation Practice and Ceremony at the UCB Greek 

5. If you have any questions about Caps and Gowns, please call Achievers at (408) 441-7200
