The enrollment process for incoming 9th grade students (class of 2017) is now fully up. The pre-enrollment link (http://berkeley.enrollments.us/StudentAdmissions.aspx) is functioning. Eighth grade students who are currently enrolled at King, Longfellow, or Willard do not have to enroll or register at BHS; they are automatically rolled over into the high register in the high school.
ALL students and their families should plan on attending 9th grade Information Night on Wednesday, Feb. 13 from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Berkeley Community Theater
Below are the next steps for students coming from non BUSD middle schools
1. Pre-enroll at: http://berkeley.enrollments.us/StudentAdmissions.aspx (must be done BEFORE enrolling in District).
2. Pick up a registration package from the Front Desk at BHS during school hours.
3. Enroll in the district at 2020 Bonar Street the week of Feb. 19-22. To enroll in the district you must bring proof of residency, proof of immunization, transcript from current school or latest report card AND the BHS registration packet. These packets, which are currently available at the BHS Front Desk will also be available at Bonar Street the week of Feb. 19-22. If you pick up the packet the day you enroll, count on 45 minutes to fill it in.
