STUDENT DAILY BULLETIN

*New to the bulletin today


ADMINISTRATION

1. If you have 30 or more unverified period absences you will be restricted
from attending Junior dinner or Senior prom.  You can attend Saturday School
to clear up some hours and be eligible to attend those events.  The next
Saturday School will be on January 19.  Students with 30+ unverified
absences are invited to come to the Attendance Office to sign up for
Saturday School.

2. PE Waivers for Spring Semester will be handed out this week only. There
will be an optional Q and A meeting on Friday, January 18th at 3:45pm in the
Little Theater.  This meeting is mandatory for any students participating in
the YMCA program, but optional for others.

3. PSAT Results: PSAT score reports have arrived and are ready for
distribution. Students can retrieve your score reports from the
College/Career center (D221) during lunch or after school from 3:30-4:00 pm.
Students must bring your school ID or another form of identification, and
you may only pick up your personal score report.

 


CLUBS

*1.  Apply to be a Jacket Columnist!  Columnists can write for the opinion,
features, entertainment, or sports sections.  Applications are available
online at www.bhsjacket.com <http://www.bhsjacket.com/>  and in C400, and
are due on January 18. 
 
2.  Applications have opened for leadership positions for next year.  Grab
one now through March 1st in the leadership office!


*SPORTS

Girls Lacrosse Team - Parent Meeting with Coaches. Wednesday, February 13th
at 7:00 pm in the Parent Resource Center - D224.

 

Attention Swimmers and Divers: There will be a meeting at lunchtime on
Wednesday, January 16, at the swimming pool bleachers.  Please plan to
attend.

EVENTS / PERFORMANCES

Berkeley High School Presents: 

Dance Production 2013 Fridays & Saturdays, January 18 & 19, 7:00pm (box
office opens at 6)  

 

Pay what you can on Friday, January 18 (no one turned away)

$12 general, $5 student/senior.  Florence Schwimley Little Theater on
Allston.
